By scheduling a cleaning service with Adonis Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure clear communication, fair service, and a professional experience for both clients and our team.


Damage Policy:

We take great care while providing our cleaning services and treat every property with respect. In the unlikely event that damage occurs as a direct result of our services, it must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment so we can review the situation. Adonis Cleaning Services is not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or damage resulting from unstable, improperly installed, or fragile items.


 

Personal Items & Valuables:

For the safety of our clients and staff, we ask that all valuables, personal items, and sensitive materials be secured prior to service. Adonis Cleaning Services is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of personal belongings left out during cleaning appointments.

 

 

Right to Refuse Service

Adonis Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in situations involving unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or non-compliance with these terms.
