Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of cleaning services and the time, labor, and resources involved, Adonis Cleaning does not offer refunds for completed services. Once a cleaning appointment has been performed, payment is considered final.
That said, we genuinely care about the quality of our work and about maintaining good relationships with our clients. If there is a concern regarding the service provided, we ask that it be brought to our attention within 24 hours of the appointment so the matter can be reviewed. This allows us to address any issues promptly and fairly, while details of the service are still fresh.
In certain situations, and at our sole discretion, we may choose to revisit the property to address specific areas of concern. Any corrective service, if offered, is intended as a courtesy and does not constitute an obligation, nor does it guarantee a refund.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on expectations that were not communicated prior to service, normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, or conditions that were not reasonably accessible at the time of cleaning.
